 Class Information

-All classes include a 5 minute transition time at the beginning and end of each class.

 

-Half-hour classes are charged at half of a normal classes tuition rate.

 

-Hour and a half classes are charged at one and a half times the normal tuition rate.

 

-All waivers must be signed and all dancers must be enrolled in AutoPay in order to attend classes.

 

-Shorter months and longer months are not prorated; tuition is the same August - May regardless of enrollment date or number of classes.

Ballet

In this class, the dancer will be focusing on:
- French terminology and movement vocabulary, coordination, class-styled discipline, balance, strength, and musicality.  
-Ballet technique and proper body alignment: positions of the arms, direction of the body, and  flexibility​.

Jazz

Jazz uses bold, dramatic movements including body isolation's and contractions.  This dance class emphasizes musicality and coordination, body alignment, rhythm, and stylization.  The class curriculum is based on ballet technique layered with traditional jazz movement.  This teaching method  includes a proper warm-up and stretches, isolation's of the body, across-the-floor progressions, as well as choreography with rhythm and pattern combinations.

Lyrical

​Lyrical dance is a fusion of ballet, jazz, and modern dance.  These classes blend the sustained, controlled movement of ballet with the freedom, power, and dynamics of jazz and modern dance.  This combination helps develop a relationship with the dancers emotions and music.  They learn to use expressive motions that tell a story through themselves and the music.

Tap

Tap is a rhythmic combination of sounds using the toes and heels while wearing shoes fitted with metal taps. It is one of the most fun classes a dancer can take! In tap, the dancer will combine specific moves and techniques to create a deeper connection to the music, all with the sound of their feet!

MUSICAL THEATER

Musical Theatre is a jazz-based class filled with Broadway style dancing and music. This class incorporates the dance elements that one would typically see on a Broadway stage! The class will be emphasizing dance as well as learning performance skills such as connecting with the audience with facial expressions.

Hip Hop

Hip-hop dance combines a variety of freestyle movements to create a charismatic and unique piece of art. Dancers will learn the three main styles of popping, locking, and breaking; and understand why hip-hop dance has evolved into one of the most popular and influential styles of dance.

ACRO/ TRAPEZE

In this class, Acro and Aerial Trapeze are combined for a unique classroom experience. Both techniques will be utilizing movements that increase their strength, balance, and core muscles. 
- In Acro, students will work on tumbling fundamentals.
- In Trapeze, students work on the fundamentals of aerial arts.

PRE-POINTE & POINTE

Pointe classes are designed for students with previous Ballet training. Students will utilize Ballet technique while working in Pointe shoes. Each class includes Barre exercises, center floor work, across the floor combinations, and standard choreography. These exercises focus on strengthening the feet and ankles.  (REQUIREMENTS:  **Dancers must be evaluated for pointe and selected by specialized instructor.  **Dancers must be enrolled in minimum 2 Ballet classes per week not including Pointe, to participate.)

PRAISE & WORSHIP

Praise dancing incorporates music and movement as a form of worship rather than as an expression of art or as entertainment. In this class, praise dancers will learn to use their bodies to express the word and spirit of God.​

​3-4 year old Combo (Ballet, Jazz, Acro)

This combination class of Ballet, Jazz, and Acro is designed for students to express their individuality through the art of dance. Dancers will be learning the basics of each genre, learning proper technique, class styled discipline, choreography, and flexibility. We have fun with a program called Princess Ballerina.  With this curriculum template, we use a reward system for attentiveness and learning.

Creative Movement 1-2 year olds

Mini Movers Hippity Hop (ages 3-8)

Dancers will be introduced to basic hip hop dance movements and rhythms in a fun and engaging way. These classes typically emphasize creativity, coordination, and self-expression, allowing children to explore dance through playful activities and age-appropriate choreography. The goal is to instill a love for dance while developing fundamental skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

PBT

Progressing Ballet Technique is a program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon to help students advance in all dance forms by training muscle memory. PBT focuses on core stability, weight placement, and alignment.

Tiny Tumblers Acro (ages 3-4)

 Dancers will be learning the basics of tumbling, learning proper technique, class styled discipline, choreography, and flexibility.

Strength & Conditioning (No Recital)

A Strength and Conditioning class is designed to improve overall physical fitness through a combination of strength training, endurance exercises, and functional movements. Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance performance or a beginner aiming to build strength and improve general fitness, these classes are structured to help individuals increase power, speed, endurance, and overall body conditioning. The focus is on developing a balanced, well-rounded level of fitness while minimizing the risk of injury.

Adult Barre Fitness

Strengthen, tone, and lengthen in this low-impact, high-results class that blends ballet-inspired movement with Pilates and strength training. Set to upbeat music, this full-body workout focuses on small, controlled movements that sculpt and define muscles—especially the core, legs, and glutes—while improving posture, flexibility, and balance. No dance experience is required—just a willingness to sweat, shake, and smile!
